- First go to Windows 10 search bar and search for Control Panel and open it
- Next go to Appearance and Personalization
- Next go to Display
- Go to sidebar and click on Adjust brightness
- Now you will see a dragging bar, and all you have to do is drag it to your liking
You can adjust your screen brightness in many other ways, but I think this one is simpler and will get the job done and it will survive reboots until you manually change it again.
